MERCHANT FLEET

By means of internal data-base of seafarers, and by joint efforts of our Partners worldwide, we render services of crew manning.

We provide our Principals with well-educated and competent seamen, from a single seafarer to a complete crew for all types of merchant vessels and Offshore fleet as well.
Each seafarer is thoroughly screened to verify experience, competence and fitness to forthcoming job, and previous experience and performance appraisal are checked with former employers. Seaman's seagoing documents are undergone authenticity verification.

Our crewing services are flexible and cover the complete spectrum of the modern Crewing for the Ship Managers and Ship Owners. We do believe we can meet your expectations.

OFF-SHORE

Our company started its activity in recruiting off-shore marine crew.
We supply qualified and well trained seafarers for various types of off-shore vessels such as drill ships, cable layers, AHTS, bunker vessels, tugs, platform supply vessels, rigs, FPSO.
For the time being near 15% of currently recruited specialists have been hired through our company on various off-shore and on-shore projects in different areas of the world.
We cooperate with about a dozen of Owners and Managers from different countries worldwide.

DRY-DOCKING REPAIRS

We are pleased to offer dry-docking services to our valuable Customers. Having long-term contractual relations with biggest Black Sea & Baltic Ship-Yards, nowadays we are capable to carry out docking repairs of vessels up to 160.000 DWT
We act as General Contractor for vessel's Owners/Managers, so we bear full responsibility for quality of repairs and timely re-delivery of the vessel.
The following facilities are at your disposal:

For the last several years we have successfully performed several dozen docking repairs of different vessels, supervised by DNV, LR, BV, RMRS, RINA

We also assist in negotiations with local authorities (port control, ecologists and others)

Warranty of 6 MONTHS is granted as usually.

FLYING SQUADS

One of our key-services is Riding Squads. Our technicians are in possession of seafarer's docs & visas, so they can join your good vessel worldwide and proceed with repair works while port stay and sailing.

Sufficient level of English enables proper communication with crew, Superintendents and Class. Wide experience of our engineers and modern equipment being applied ensure the very good outcome, which we believe you will be fully satisfied with.

OVERHAULING OF ENGINES

We carry out overhauling of engines fast and professionally, in accordance with manufacturers requirements.
Our engineers are well-familiarized with different types of old and modern engines :

- MAN B&W - SULZER - DAIHATSU - DEUTZ and other types

- YANMAR - WARTSILA - MAK / CAT - PIELSTICK

Being assured of qualification of our personnel
and quality of repair works, we provide with
6 MONTHS WARRANTY for all equipment overhauled.

We can also undertake repair and periodical servicing of turbochargers & turbogenerators :

- MAN - BBC - ABB

- IHI Turbo - Mitsubishi MET and other types

Dynamical balancing of rotor can be carried out Mediterannean/Black Sea & Baltic regionds. Modern equipment, applied for that purpose, is operated by experienced technician, trained at European workshops.

AUTOMATION & ELECTRONICS

Our highly qualified electrical/electronic engineers are capable to undertake diagnostics & repair of any el.equipment and automation systems on board your fleet. Please keep us in mind for :
- troubleshooting of ER automation
- restoration of parallel operation of AE's
- repair of bridge equipment
- fire alarm system repair / renovation

HYDRAULIC TECHNICIANS

The dedicated hydraulic engineers are ready to attend your good fleet for troubleshooting/maintenance of crago hatches, cranes, winches, steering gears, etc.

STEEL WORKS

Our welders are well experienced in both ships repair and shipbuilding. Specialists are well familiar with all methods of welding:
- SMAW
- GMAW / MIG
- GTAW / TIG
- Gas welding, etc.

Qualification certificates of BV and/or RMRS verify the high competency level of our welders.
These are the main jobs we are usually ordered:
- Repair / renewal of steel structures (shell plating, stiffeners)
- Reinforcement of hull (ice-class conversion)
- Beam / jib geometry restoration
- Repair of watertight closures (incl. hatch covers)
and others.

MAINTENANCE OF TANKS

Professional painters/blasters are at your disposal, to carry out upgrade of ballast tanks while sailing or docking. Our personnel is well familiar with sand/water-blasting equipment and pneumatic hand-tools, and methods of application for different types of paint. Dedicated cleaners can gas-free the tanks quickly and properly. All works are carried out manually; quantity of wastes is minimal (no need to discharge dozens tones of bilge/sludge). Should you need tank cleaning for hot works or change of fuel - please keep us in mind.

SURVEYS & INSPECTIONS

Our experienced surveyors, with maritime extensive background, are capable to undertake
